Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM Salary : per hour

In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating with technicians and customers to fulfill their parts requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Procure equipment parts or supplies to maintain optimal stock levels
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Document requisitions meticulously
• Oversee and validate parts deliveries
• Conduct thorough inspections to uphold quality standards
• Process customer requests for part orders promptly
• Identify and replace defective parts
• Provide precise guidance on required parts to customers
• Communicate effectively with customers, both over the phone and in person

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Self-motivated with a strong team spirit
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
• Proficiency in parts and mechanics is essential
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
